For those who lost their lives and their loved ones:
WEEP NOT FOR ME
Do not weep for me when I no longer dwell among the wonders of the earth; for my larger self is free, and my soul rejoices on the other side of pain ... on the other side of darkness.
Do not weep for me, for I am a ray of sunshine that touches your skin, a tropical breeze upon your face, the hush of joy within your heart and the innocence of babes in mothers' arms.
I am the hope in a darkened night. And, in your hour of need, I will be there to comfort you. I will share your tears, your joys, your fears, your disappointments, and your triumphs.
Do not weep for me, for I am cradled in the arms of God. I walk with the angels and hear the music beyond the stars.
Do not weep for me, for I am within you. I am peace and love. I am a soft wind that caresses the flowers. I am the calm that follows a raging storm. I am an autumn's leaf that floats among the garden of God, and I am pure white snow that softly falls upon your hand.
Do not weep for me, for I shall never die, as long as you remember me ... with a smile and a sigh.
I really truly am sorry for all the victims of 9-11 and their families.

I'm so sorry for all the families, so sorry you had to go through this. You don't deserve it.

On September 11, 2001 I was safe in southwestern Montana. I cannot ever forget the feelings of that day. I recently was able to personally view the skyline of New York City, and all I could think of was the loss of so many. We will not, nor should we ever, forget. God bless America.

I always think of those we lost on 9-11-2001 during the holidays. But today I'm asking for anyone who reads this post to please go to the tribute page for FDNY FF Christopher James Pickford and read the second and third most recent posts there. Then you'll understand why I feel so driven to locate the young lady named Kristen and return her memorial bracelet to her, hopefully by Christmas or at least before the beginning of the New Year. Let's try to start off 2010 on a high note.
If anyone out there knows Kristen, please ask her to email me and Kim at ibkimp (at) hotmail (dot) com, or she can call us at 678-401-2461.
Thank you all, and have a very merry Christmas! And let's remember those who were lost on 9/11 as well as those who are stationed far away from home in order to keep us safe.

NOTE: The visitor remarks and comments below are NOT NECESSARILY the feelings or beliefs of this website's webmaster or sponsors.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy in New York City. Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. The sponsors of this site are paying all expenses, and are thereby keeping the site free from advertising that would take away from the solemnity of the purpose. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE! Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

This web site is affiliated with 24K Gold Music Shows - an oldies music showband performing in Central Florida. The members of the showband feel strongly that there were many heroes manifested during the onslaught of terror associated with 9-11, and present this site as a memorial to those whose lives were lost, and the loved ones they left behind.
24K Gold Music Shows perform primarily 50-60s Oldies, Elvis songs, DooWop, and older country music, as well as patriotic songs. All of the musicians, singers, dancers, and staff of the 24K Gold Music Shows extend their deepest sympathies to every one who lost loved ones on that terrible day.
24K Gold Music Shows performs an original 9-11 tribute song called "America Cried". In the live shows, they honor with the song not only the heroes of 9-11 but also those who are still alive: the police personnel, firefighters, emergency personnel, soldiers, and others who have served our country and kept us all safe.
Listen also to this beautiful, touching song "Love Can Build a Bridge" by 24K Gold Music Shows. Even though strictly speaking it's not a 9-11 memorial song, I still feel it is a very fitting song for the occasion!
