My thoughts were not so good to me 'cause I know my best friend was up there helping a lot of people to get out of there, and she, and also everyone else, didn't make it. So I hope everybody can be strong for their family and can help out with our USA world so no one can ever do this again. I will make sure of that in MY life, and even everybody else, too!

I'm from England, and when this happened I was only young! I don't believe in second chances, but I also don't believe in taking someone's life away in a way that these people did. However, everyone around the world has learnt something from this dreadful disaster. Its doesn't matter if you're English, African, Chinese, Japanese, or any other race, we all feel the same. For a long time this world has been in conflicts with itself, but now we stand together in the dark time and the light times. We fight side by side. God bless. x x x x

The passengers on flight 93 tried to save the lives of the many other people aboard this aircraft. They cared so much more about other people that they risked and lost their lives. How unselfish.

As the soot and dirt and ash rained down, We became one color.
As we carried each other down the stairs of the burning building, We became one class.
As we lit candles of waiting and hope, We became one generation.
As the firefighters and police officers fought their way into the inferno, We became one gender.
As we fell to our knees in prayer for strength, We became one faith.
As we whispered or shouted words of encouragement, We spoke one language.
As we gave our blood in lines a mile long, We became one body.
As we mourned together the great loss, We became one family.
As we cried tears of grief and loss, We became one soul.
As we retell with pride of the sacrifice of heroes, We become one people.

We are One color, One class, One generation, One gender, One faith, One language, One body, One family, One soul, One people.

We are The Power of One.
We are United.
We are America.

This candle was lit on the 11th of September, 2001.
Please pass it on to your friends and family so that it
may shine all across America.

"A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."

Let us sing for the unsung heroes, those who lay their dreams aside, choosing honor more than pledging faith with quiet pride, those whose uniform is courage, yet are unashamed of tears, finding in their love of freedom a power stronger than their fears. Sing a song for the unsung heroes; sing from sea to shining sea. As the faithful sang before you, sing a song of liberty. Let us sing for the unsung heroes, those who answer freedom's call, those united by one purpose, all for one and one for all. We will sing and not be silenced. We will keep our voices, for as long as we keep singing, freedom's cry will still live on. Sing a song for unsung heroes; sing from sea to shining sea. As the faithful sang before you, sing a song of liberty: "My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing, land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrims' pride. From every mountain side, let freedom ring." Let us sing the song, freedom, sing the song, liberty, America.

I will never forget this day. Little did I know it would change my family forever, three years later. I was only ten years old. I know exactly where I was when I found out what happened. I couldn't comprehend it at the time. I didn't see what the big deal was: 2 planes just crashed, right? Well, I am older now, and being half a country away still hasn't stopped me: I want to see Ground Zero. Thank you so much to all those who are fighting and to all those who are willing to stand up for FREEDOM. Thank you to all those that have given your life for freedom. I love you.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy in New York City. Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. The sponsors of this site are paying all expenses, and are thereby keeping the site free from advertising that would take away from the solemnity of the purpose. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE! Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
