i was a 13 year old student in a small town in england. when I arrived home from school that day and watched the tv - my young, niave and innocent picture of the great world was shattered. what I saw terrified me, and the thought of so many lives lost was devestating. I have the upmost respect for the heros of that day including the passengers of flight 93.
May the victims of that day Rest in Peace and may God comfort the families left with the memories of this everlasting tragic event.

Two thousand years have passed, and yet we still cannot learn.
Terrorists – more than a perception or propaganda razed through fear?
Are they brave warriors who choose to fight a cause?
Men touched by God and honour?
Lions who carve out chaos in the world?
Angered souls who set things right by burning life alight?
A just penance for our sins?
A blaze of hope and certainty against that heavy chain tied to impotent unfilled dreams?
What shit! Drop the badge, the spear, the shield.
It’s a mind twisted, lost from the simple focus that we need!
Cowards and fools, hiding in the world that nurtured us, yet those too weak to the face the truth of ugly fact, too weak to stand and give a lifetime.
- that cause to change the world is served by honest, open effort – without deception or fear – and years of truth to show the way.
Yes, fools… too stupid to see or know the way… fools of shallow act, biased to these words, or those that a just God would give.
It’s dark, and nothing special to pretend that the weight of minds collected have turned blind.
Worse, advertising the will of God and mixing it with human politics betrays the deeper sin-
bending the choice given by God upon your own soul with the pretence to take life!
You submit and waste the bliss and grace upon your soul, now and at Time’s end.
Wrecked anarchy? Brutus pushing sheep in a community that cannot face itself?
A false dignity and un-kept altruism that is a broken loyalty?
A spark blown out, a minute in the night, with no daylight, good, or hope to be seen.
You feed the arc extreme, yet miss the chance with god and life.
Vengeance mixed with violence to make blood, this is no power or no truth or no gift…
Truly, with one mind and soul alone … man sweeps past the pain, through and beyond eternity.
I am … and I let go…
Do you see?
Let go… touch and do not fail those who stand unknown and yet beside.
Learn to give,
Even in the rain and thunder’s hail,
Unbroken without judgement and without despair.
So you will blow in peace a thousand souls the better way…
And the path will lead to daylight and to God in life.
Hold and know the peace… it is a free choice, but hardest to believe…
And rest when your children take your work and carry on.
This I ask of you…
I am just a man, as you.

What happened almost 5 years ago was something no one could ever imange. Especially me. I was only in 3rd grade at the time. I was in school and didn't know what was happening. My teacher explained that something very bad happend and a lot of people died and terriots attacked us. Now that I'm older, I understand so much more. And it tears my heart out. It's so sad. And it being the 5 year anniversary, really impacts us. I just want to say we are all so proud of our heros that served us that dreadful day. And all of our respect, honor, love, and faith are in them and thier familys. God bless
