The 9/11/01 attack was not an attack; it was a MURDER!

I live in northern Ireland and know what tragedy is. However, what happened that day will always stay with me, and it saddens me so many innocents died for nothing! My thoughts and prayers will always be with those affected by this tragedy. x

On the day of 9/11 I was so happy, as I had been nominated to be gala queen and open a local attraction in my home town. This was all I ever thought about for months before it. How I would look like a princess, be the centre of attention etc., etc. When the towers came crashing down one after another, although only being a young child, it totally put things into perspective for me, and I realised the things that were really important in life and stopped focusing on trivial, material things. All I can say is my heart goes out to everyone involved, and god bless!

THAT DREADFUL DAY OF 9/11
A normal average morning, the same as every day
Little did I know that I would lose my friend today.
The deafening sound of screaming people running through the streets
Men and women of every age falling to their knees.
A sudden flash of darkness fills the air with ash
Following the deadly hit, causing tower 1 to crash.
With nothing left but steel and stone and hundreds left for dead;
A city feeling lost and alone bows down their weary head.
They pray dear God on this day of September the 11th
Please take my friend with you to your glorious home called heaven.
Though terrorists may crash and burn and take away our peace,
God will save our place with him, but theirs will lie beneath.
Since it is only a matter of time that we will be judged too,
Let's make the choice to give our love as he would want us to.
So we may avoid what lies beneath (the taker of our soul)
And enjoy the benefits of peace. "Make this our life long goal."

Today I was browsing and reading the bios of the 911 victims, and my heart went out to all the families all over again. I just don't understand how one can deal with a loss of this magnitude. Remember - "Only the Good Die Young"

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy in New York City. Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. The sponsors of this site are paying all expenses, and are thereby keeping the site free from advertising that would take away from the solemnity of the purpose. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE! Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

This web site is affiliated with 24K Gold Music Shows - an oldies music showband performing in Central Florida. The members of the showband feel strongly that there were many heroes manifested during the onslaught of terror associated with 9-11, and present this site as a memorial to those whose lives were lost, and the loved ones they left behind.
24K Gold Music Shows perform primarily 50-60s Oldies, Elvis songs, DooWop, and older country music, as well as patriotic songs. All of the musicians, singers, dancers, and staff of the 24K Gold Music Shows extend their deepest sympathies to every one who lost loved ones on that terrible day.
24K Gold Music Shows performs an original 9-11 tribute song called "America Cried". In the live shows, they honor with the song not only the heroes of 9-11 but also those who are still alive: the police personnel, firefighters, emergency personnel, soldiers, and others who have served our country and kept us all safe.
Listen also to this beautiful, touching song "Love Can Build a Bridge" by 24K Gold Music Shows. Even though strictly speaking it's not a 9-11 memorial song, I still feel it is a very fitting song for the occasion!
