The few years I had the pleasure of knowing you as my employee and good friend, have enriched my life with your kindness, sense of humour, and professionalism which are ever sitting in my heart. Your life was stolen away so young with no real explanation I miss you Anthony Please rest in peace

Rest in peace, Anthony. You are always in our prayers. My wife always has a smile on her face when she remembers you as her uncle and as someone who had a positive impact on her.

My Uncle Anthony was outright the most amazing person I ever met. He constantly had us laughing. He just enjoyed life. He treated everyone like gold -- but particularly his mother. There will never be another guy like that. Don't worry Uncle Anthony, I'm keeping up your legacy and threatening everyone with "knuckle sandwiches"! haha I miss that, and I love you.

I met Anthony through my brother, James, who worked with him. I immediately liked him because of his warm and friendly manner. After speaking with him, I learned that he was interested in once again picking up his tenor saxophone. Being a musician, I connected with him on a musical level, and he and I would talk on the phone about his getting back to practicing the saxophone. He then bought the dream saxophone that he always wanted, a classic Selmer tenor saxophone. He was then determined to play again. I am deeply sorry that he didn't get the chance to pursue his dream. I miss him and pray that he is playing beautiful music in heaven.

Anthony was a good friend and great person. I spoke with him on a weekly basis for more than 20 years. He loved playing his saxophone and would not hesitate to do anything for a friend. I spoke with him the day before and tried reaching him the morning of 9-11, when I saw the first plane crash into the towers: his cell phone connected, I heard lots of noise, but then it just dropped. I felt my heart fall to the ground as I was working on a project in upstate New York and knew he was working in the towers, and there was nothing I could do but watch the events unfold on TV. May you rest in peace.

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
