Beth was a young girl who attended St. leo The Great Catholic School with a neighbor of mine Laura Rathemacher. Beth will be missed by all her friends and family.

In 2002 I sang for Beth in the Rolling Requiem. At that time I examined the quality of my life and felt a contribution to society that Beth couldn't make now. I've made significant changes and am hopefully making a portion of the mark Beth would have made. I am singing the Mozart Requiem tomorrow night. I sing it in Beth's honor. Not in a revengeful manner, but in honor of the contribution she would have made and in the peaceful, hopeful tenor of the future. May nothing like this ever happen again. Peace to all - Beth Cross

A few days ago, at the WTC Memorial, I bought a bracelet in a little blue bag. The name on it is that of Beth Ann. From now on, the bracelet will remind me every day of the September 11 tragedy. Beth Ann's name will be the never-ending witness, here in my home, far from America, of that nightmare because I'll never forget, through her memory, how cruel and stupid the human race can be. Rest in peace, beloved sister. And God bless your family.

I saw your name scroll across the screen this morning and I just wanted to take the time to find out who you were. May you rest in peace and God bless your family.

Each year on the week of Sept. 11th, at Memorial Park here in Odessa, Texas, they fly a flag for every victim of the 9-11-01 attacks. It's a very moving and sobering sight. This year, my husband and I bought flags to give to our family and friends for Christmas. Beth Ann's was one of the flags we received, and I just wanted her family to know that we are honored to have it and will fly it with pride. All of the victims and their families are in our thoughts.
Sincerely,
Rob and Nickie Kelly

Beth Ann Quigley's sister called the American Red Cross to ut in a family well-being inquiry...and I took the call as an employee. I have never forgotten Beth Ann, nor her sister's voice, and I never will. If the Quigley family gets the chance to read this, please know that I will never forget you or your beloved, and I continually to this day pray for your family.

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner. We are maintaining this site with our own money and time. We try to keep the advertisements to a minimum and we try to make them as unobtrusive as possible. The revenue goes back to maintaining this site.
Thank you for your understanding in these matters.
