R.I.H.P Sweet Little Angel!

*** Posted by Jessica Williams on 2011-09-10 ***

As a parent I know I would protect my children from harm in any situation, I belive that your parents spent the last few moments of your life reasurring and cuddling you maybe even pretending it was all a game! I think they kissed you and told you to look out of the window whilst both shielding you from the shouting and crying. I truely belive that because of your parents unconditional love and bravery you never felt afraid or even knew about the bad men and seconds before the plane hit the tower I belive you had both both hands pressed upon the small window looking out with complete awe and wonder with a huge smile on your face, I belive you died without any pain and that your last thoughts were of a loving warm embrace which came from your mam and dad. I know in my heart, she is up in heaven smiling. I thank god, even though I did not know her,for her life, her mothers life and, father life. May God please BLess your family and tomorow when I go to school I will have them pray for for the souls. Please forgive me if make any mistakes in typing this considering my age. god bless.

RIP sweet angels, all 8 children who were aboard those flights on that terrible day: Christine, Asia, Rodney, Bernard, Zoe, Dana, Juliana and David. I will forever remember your names and stories. I am so sad that you did not get the opportunity to grow up and live your lives. To the families of these brave children, I love you all!

Christine, I came across this lovely site dedicated to you and wanted to contribute. As a mom of a 2 and 5 yr old, I'm heart sick for the fear you surely felt on your flight that day and can only imagine what your mom and dad were feeling. You are not forgotten, little sweetheart. This terrible tragedy serves as a constant reminder that no one is guaranteed anything but this very moment and that we must cherish the moments we're given. RIP angel.

I'm 13 years old. I'm doing a research paper worth 100 points (it's a big chunk of our last-quarter grade) for social studies and language arts. I decided to do it on the September 11th, 2001 WTC attacks. I just wanted to let you and your family know that I have included you in my paper. I had mentioned many lives were lost, you being one of the youngest on the planes. It's so sad to know that people's lives are lost through others' harm. I'm so sad for you, and I love you, even if I don't know you. Rest in peace.

Little Christine,

What a sweet girl you were. I happened to be at Logan Airport in Boston back in July. I walked off the plane, through the same jetway that you, your mommy, and your daddy walked through to board Flight 175. I could feel your presence there. I could tell you were watching over me. You share the same first name as my mom. You would've accomplished great things. I'll always remember you, sweet little angel.

When I think about 9/11 and what happened to you then, I usually cannot simply feel anger or sadness. Instead, many feeling come to me. But when I think of you, and the other little ones, I just lose the words to express what I feel.

Christine, there are lots of things in the world, good things, bad things, happy things, to fall in love with someone like your mom and dad, to marry, or to work so hard, or both.... You were taken before making any choices....

Christine, I hope that the children who come into this world after you won't have to be scared like you were. Rest in peace, little angel.

I did not meet this little person, but after nine years since 9/11, I'm still so sad, and just knowing that you're in a safer place makes me feel slightly better. I dedicate this to the many people who lost their lives and to the ones who survived, too. xxx

You will be missed, and I'm sorry you didn't get to grow up. We will work hard to make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.

The Lord needed another angel, so he took the best. God bless xx

Rest in peace Christine. We are researching about 9/11 for my history class and you were one of the people we had to look up and your story is by far the saddest. You are missed.

God bless her. Poor little baby. America's youngest soldier in this fight.

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site.
