Chris-
I wish I had known you but I know your beautiful sister
Nicole. She is a wonderful person, mother and wife.
Wishing you could see that now........thinking of the day you left us and the bravery and fear you must have all felt.
Hoping there is a pleasant life after this where only peace exists...
Thinking of you and you family today. God bless

Dear Chris,
I never knew you, but we share the same proud name.
It is September 11, 2011 and I am submerged in sorrow, here in France.
I wish I had known you.

Chris,
I was just thinking of you, as I often do. You'd be stoked to know that we still make the effort every 9/11 to meet for a surf or have dinner with the boys, for you, to remember you, and to share a new story involving you. Troy made a great speech at the dinner this year. You would have been proud. You will never be forgotten, my friend.
Much love, Laz,
Pete

As every year goes by, Chris, I miss you just the same. On the positive side is that I get to remember all the great times we had together and you will be in my thoughts and heart for all the future events for as long as I live. Miss you buddy...

I'm a friend to Chris Larrabee and Keith Wilcox (his childhood friend). I sat in Driver's Ed with Chris in 1990 and could not stop laughing with him. God bless you, Chris, and your family and friends.

Hello,
I am trying to write a memorial piece about Christopher Larrabee. If any of you knew him, can you contact me at Jalen911 (at) netzero (dot) com? I need to learn a bit about him so that he can be honored this 9-11 along with the rest of the victims.
Thank you!
Jalen

Chris, my friend,
My thoughts and friendship have never ended. Your life is with me and my family daily. I'm always thinking of past times and remembering them always. My boys are getting older and wiser. You'd be very proud of them. I'm doing a good job as a father, and you would be very proud of me.... Anyway, my bro, just wanted to say "Hi" and that I miss you.
Love,
Ryan

Chris, I'm just thinking of you today and everyday. There isn't one day that doesn't go by that you're not in my thoughts. We miss you so much and wish you were here. You would be so proud of Scott and Jessica, in all their wonderful achievements. Anyway, just wanted to say "Hi" and that I love and miss you, brother.

Such a great character, hilarious, charming, outgoing and friendly. I made a shirt with a funny picture of us dancing, I wear it your honor and there is a heart around your face. I hope you are having a great time up there, watching over your family and friends. You are safe now! xo Erin

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner.
