May God bless your spirit,I have a kindred feeling of family with you and your family.I have a son named Christian Epps.
Also a son named CASE EPPS short for Carrington Anthoney Sterling Epps. A sister named Ardell D. Epps, Pearl Epps two daughters Tracee Epps, Cynthia Epps, Cousins Sterling Ann Epps.

We have relatives living in New York that we never met or knew. We love the name of Epps and feel close to anyone with that odd and special name. I don't know if we are kin to each other or not. I do know you are special to me.

My: Dear Brother Christopher

It's been five years, five years of not having you in the physcial on this earth. As I take this time to reflect on our life together as brother and sister I remember when you were a baby and mommy was sleep I would hear you crying from my bedroom. I waited to see if you would stop and when you didn't I went into mommy's room and picked you up and gave you a bottle. While holding you I knew you would make this family proud. I'd finish giving you your bottle and rock you back to sleep give you a kiss and put you back in your crib. As growing up you would love to play superman, you would get a bath towel and say, "Pin me." As a little boy of five years, you were very creative. I would love to take you to the park put you in the swing and have fun with you. You were a precious baby that I loved having around and I loved being a part of you growing up.

To Be Contintued ...

Love, your Sister,
Debra

As I sit here at my laptop in my first year of college. I just can't accept this. I am so angry at this fact and need to release it. I spoke to you that morning of the accident. I should have spoken to you longer. I am sorry Christopher. There's nothing I can do now and I hate it. I can't even say to make up to it for good grades in college. Nothing can make up for it. I am not at piece. I can just remember my eyes light up when you would answer yes when I ask to "play you game." I had to get pushed in your room by my sisters sometimes from being scared. I wish I can have you hear. You are the reason for my success. I just want to hug you. You use to palm me to the ceiling with one hand and I would scream when I was little. It was a part of you training me for the bigger test. What I am saying to you now is not enough. I want to stay here and just think you will respond.

My heart goes out to the Epps Family.  I know that there is nothing I can say or do that will bring your loved one back, but I hope that you will find joy in knowing that my prayers and well wishes will forever be with you.  May God bless and keep you.

I really hate that this had to happen to this guy.  I did not know this man, but the message caught my eye when I saw his last name not knowing if this person is related to me or not. I hope that his family is doing fine and may God continue to bless you all. Rest in Peace Christopher Epps.

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!

9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner. We are maintaining this site with our own money and time. We try to keep the advertisements to a minimum and we try to make them as unobtrusive as possible. The revenue goes back to maintaining this site.

Thank you for your understanding in these matters.
