I LIVE IN BRAZIL.
MY ENGLISH IS BAD, BUT MY HEART IS GOOD.
I DON'T KNOW WHO SHE WAS, AND OTHERS 3000 THAT DIED IN FATAL 9/11 BUT I hope that GOD stay with her forever.
Eu espero que deus esteja com ela para sempre;
E CERTAMENTE ONDE ELA ESTA AGORA. ELA ESTARA OLHANDO POR VOCES.
SPANISH
Yo espero que Dios este con ella por siempre
Y QUE ELLA DONDE ESTE AHORA SEGURO QUE ESTARA MIRANDO POR VOSOTROS
[I hope God is with her forever;
AND CERTAINLY WHERE SHE IS NOW. She'll be watching over you.]

Today the 9th anniversary I was reviewing the names of the innocent who perished seeking out a relative, Cathy loguidice and I was stopped cold at seeing a Patti on the list too. We may or not be related but a special prayer goes out today for Cira and her family. May God comfort them all and may Cira be realizing the eternal comfort and love of being in His presence.

I met Cira at the shore house. I was one of the girls who went in on the store house every year. Cira was funny. Always making us laugh but most of all Cira was compassionate. She always offered her help even if it was just an ear to listen. Cira is missed. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Cira and I worked together at Merrill Lynch way back in the late eighties/early nineties.... We quickly became good friends and would go out after work for long talks. We would find the simplest things to fun around about and laugh for hours. She was a hard worker and well respected by all who met her. I was deeply saddened to find out that she was a victim of 9-11. She loved her family and always talked about them to me. It is my prayer that God will comfort them. I think of her often, and my faith tells me that WE WILL MEET AGAIN. Cira is and will always be missed. AND TO CIRA: Rest my friend. You did well while you were with us. You inspired me to be a better person, and I thank you. You were the BEST FRIEND I could have ever had...

Cira,
As another year approaches your name is mentioned among us. Rest assured that you are not and will never be forgotten, even as time goes by. God Bless and watch over all.

I don't know Cira personally, but in honor of those Americans who lost their life in the attacks on the United States of America, September 11, 2001, the Kiwanis Club of Marietta flew a flag in memory of everyone of these people at Kennesaw Mountain. It took your breath away to see all those flags, each representing someone. Afterwards, we bought one of the flags, and the flag we received was flown in memory of Cira Marie Patti. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and all the families who lost a loved one. 09/11/06

I remember Cira from Tottenville High School. I regret that I missed an opportunity to meet up with Cira again shortly prior to September 11th. It turned out that we both worked in the Trade Center. A friend of mine, who worked at KB&W invited me out one evening with her and a co-worker named Cira (her last name was never mentioned so I had no idea it was the Cira Patti I knew from high school). Unfortunately, I was busy that night and we were hoping to get together at another time. It wasn't until after September 11th that I learned the Cira my friend worked with was the girl I knew from high school. I remembered Cira as being really, really fun to be around and am really saddened that I did not get to see her again.

I worked with Cira at JW Seligman. At first we didn't get along.. I was a snotty little girl out of college and she wasn't about to let me show her up. We tried not to like each other but as time went on I couldn't help but listen to her on the phone... she was ordering leopard print furniture, arguing with the moving people and just not putting up with any bull. One day she caught me laughing and said, "What are you laughing at" I said 'You"... you might be one of the funniest people I know.... from that moment on we were joined at the hip at work. After she left Seligman we we would meet at Jonny's at the trade Center. She would drink her milk and Kalhua and I would drink a beer. You laughed the whole time you were with her, she was so funny. I could always count on her to cheer me up if i had a bad day. She was kind hearted and loving.... and I miss her so much. She will always remain in my heart and although I try to think of her and not cry... it seems impossible. I miss you Cira and I love you... Shannon Casey

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
