Dennis, you were a bright light in a sometimes dark world......your laughter will forever ring in my ears...it was contagious! High school was more fun because of you and your joking ways. You are so missed by many and will forever be remembered. May God protect and give peace to your family.

Dennis, I never had the pleasure of meeting you, but we were fellow classmates at LCHS. I want you to know that you are never forgotten. I think God had a purpose for you. I wish you and you family the peace and love of God.

My beloved son,
I miss you every day. We had so much fun, you made us all so happy. How can you be gone? I know you live in the presence of God, this is a comforting thought. You know I love you.

Dennis,
You were a wonderfully kind young man and a true pleasure to have had as a student at lancaster Catholic High. I think of you ofther and keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers always. For you, Dennis, life is not ended, it is only changed. The sadness of your death 10 years ago gives rise to the promise of your immortality with our Savior. I am assured you rest in peace.

Dennis,
I never got the chance to meet you, but I am glad I had the chance to know who you are. We were doing this memoration to the 9/11 victims at my school, and everyone wore a name of someone who died in this terrible accident. I got your name. I was and am very proud to wear it through the day. Your name is the first thing I see driving to school, and it reminds me of the sacrifice you gave. That means a lot to me. Thank you so very much. God rest.

Dennis I think about you every time I am reminded of that horrible day. I was flying for American Airlines during that time and once the dust had settled, I was called back on active duty flying for the US Navy in the Middle East. Every single day I was over there I thought about you, your family, your great parents and brother Dave and the tragic loss they all faced. You were alway fun spirited in high school and feel honored to have know you. We will all be thinking of you at our LCHS Class of 1986 25th Reunion.

Dennis and family,

You are the neighbors I never knew. When my family moved into the house next door to yours, the home sat vacant for a while, and I didn't know anything about the previous owners. I know now, and I visit the memorial site at the CN Municipal Building often during my run and sit on your bench to seek peace, serenity, and inspiration, and I find it always. Thank you.

The great sacrifice was not in vain, and your spirit and that of the other brave souls instills a resolute determination within me never to forget and to remind people who have about the great sacrifice of 9-11.

I look forward to my next visit with you and the other four CN residents. God rest. God bless your family.

Chris

I only knew you for a brief time, but you always made me laugh. After scouts and time as acolytes at St. Phillips's, we lost touch, but your memory remains. I will always remember that it was a blast to work with you. You may be gone, but not without enriching the lives of others. My peace to you and your family. You were the real deal!

Dennis,

The girls and I love you and miss you. We talk about you all the time and love telling Daddy stories.

Love forever,
Dana

I never knew you, Dennis, but I think about you and all the people who lost their lives to a cause we will never understand, nor when it comes down to it do we really care. I pray your death was quick and you are with Our Lord now in paradise. God Bless You

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!

9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner. We are maintaining this site with our own money and time. We try to keep the advertisements to a minimum and we try to make them as unobtrusive as possible. The revenue goes back to maintaining this site.
