It is 9/11/11 today. I drew your name today at church to let you and your family know that we remember and send up prayers for them. You are now a name that I will remember when I visit the new memorial. I am so sad that anyone died in that horrible attack. God Bless you and your family and friends. What can I say about Frankie that everyone dont know? He was a great friend in and out of school. He never hurt anyone nor was he mean to anyone. Its been 10 yrs Frankie and it still seems like yesterday when I got the news. I miss you Frankie. The pain nor the memories will will go away. U may be gone but never forgotten.

Frankie was my best friend, my light and my angel and from day one till the day he was gone, he will never be forgotten. I hold him to close to my heart as I always did. He is/was the best person you can possibly have in your life. Filled with love. laughter and life. I love you baby and will never forget you.

Words cant express how thoughtful and selfless Frankie was. I also remember Frankie telling me about his job in the Towers and how long the elevator ride took him just to get to his floor LOL. I will always remember him with a smile and of course his Tweety bird tattoo... God bless his family

Luv ya Frankie, a candle of prayer burns for you every year...RIP

We did not know Frankie. Every year on 9-11, we light a candle to remember and honor him. We will always hold him dear to us, as he is a part the worldwide Serrano family.

I used to own a record/tattoo shop on Elizabeth Ave and Broad St.... Frankie used to come in all the time. I remember him being a really awesome person, and I'll never forget him showing me his tattoo of Tweety Bird on his arm. We used to hang for hours at the store! When I found out he passed away, I remember crying as if I knew him for years! I never met anybody in his family, but I just wanna let them know that I'll never forget him and that his memories live on! God bless you, Frankie....

Frankie was a wonderful person to be around. Friendly and out-going, I am so glad I got to know him.

He is also remembered on Find-a-Grave, if friends and family wish to leave virtual flowers there.

I always remember when my dad used to get surgery he would always accompany my mom to pick him up. He was a great person, and I truly miss him and love him. Apart from being my cousin, he was like my brother, and he was and still is my role model. He left when I was 12 years old, and now I'll be 19 soon, and I know he's watching me from above. I LOVE U, FRANKIE!

Frankie was a wonderful person, just like his sister has mentioned, full of life. Always willing, giving, caring! Even when he was going through some hard times, he still managed to have a smile and make others laugh. Frankie, you are remembered by myself, and have not been forgotten, many happy memories have been left in my heart and the hearts of others. On behalf of our mutual friends I would like to send our love and prayers for you and your family, God bless your soul, God bless your family! You're always in our hearts!

Love Always and Forever

Frankie is my brother.  He was the most caring, lovable, and respected persoon I ever knew.  He would take the clothes off of his back for anyone.
He took care of my mother and myself after our father died.  He knew how
to have fun, and was so full of life.  He was a wonderful son, brother, and
friend.  Not a day goes by that he is not thought of or mentioned.  We miss
you so much.

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
