I just read that George had died on 9-11 in the St John's Prep Alumni magazine. He was a good friend back then. My condolenses to the Furguson family

I found out some months ago that George was a 9/11 victim; I didn't know.... I went to secondary school with him—St John's Prep, Danvers, Mass, class of '64. ... *sighs* ... It's been sooo many years.... I'm at noj2 (at) msn (dot) com.

I was a good friend of George's through the 80s and 90s. We fell out of touch in 2000 as most people do, I just found out today that he was a 9/11 victim. He was a wonderful man, always ready to smile, always ready to laugh, always ready to help, always a good friend. I am shocked and saddened by his loss. Matt I will email you so we can get in touch.

My father told me that George was a cousin of mine that i never got the chance to meet. Even though we never met i still pray for him every night and remember that now i will never have the chance to meet him on earth.

It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
