I remember Helen being a very humble person, however, beautiful inside and out. One of my favorite memories is when I was on the phone with her sister (Maribel) and I was joking about Justin having a big head and she joked back saying I had an alien shaped head LOL. Every time I see Justin I see her, especially when he smiles. A wonderful mother, friend, sister, daughter, wife, and more. Helen you are always remembered, missed and never forgotten. RIP. We love you!

Cuz, I remember when I took that picture of you in my dorm room at Daemen College. You used to come and visit whenever you had a chance. I miss you so much it hurts, but I have so many great memories of you, and I thank Jehovah God for that. I sure am looking forward to seeing you in the new system of things when God resurrects you thru his son Jesus Christ. I'll always love you; you are my half.

Helen, your son is growing beautifully. You would be so proud. I know we are.

I've been looking up info about this young lady all day because I can't believe she died during that horrible time. She was so pretty, and she looks like a caring and loving person, and the way her brother tried to hand her hand, I feel that's the most sweet and sad thing, too. MAY GOD BLESS Y'ALL!

God took back his angel on that sad day! Now she looks down on us and helps guide us thru the good and bad! Helen was a dear cousin who will always live in our hearts. One day we shall meet again, until then you will always be in our hearts! Love you, cuz! Gone, but will never be forgotten.

Wow. What can I say? She has a smile that lights up a room. Just looking at her pictures would make a stranger feel warm inside. My cousin, you were taken away without warning, but you left a legacy. Justin is gonna do you proud. I will miss you always! "Carmen," she used to say to me (ha ha ha ha--laughter), "You so crazy! I love you!" And I used to say, "I luv u, too!"

I don't have much to say, but I do want to thank you people for your support...God Bless U!

How can I start? I was Helen's best friend, and until this day I still can't believe she is gone. I miss her so much. She was a great friend, mother and wife. I can't believe this happened to my good loving childhood friend. I've known Helen since I was about ten. She is a year older than I. We used to do each other's hair at her home. We always had a great time together. To the point that she was even trying to get me to date her brother. I have so much to say, but I can't. My tears won't let me vent. I would never finish at the rate that I am going. With much love and thought we will all miss you dearly.

Your girl,

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
