We miss you, Muddy. You were a great guy and a gentleman. It's been years since the tragedy, but we will never forget.

I didn't think that the chain letter was true, and now I know that it isn't. But, anyway, I am only 11, but I am very sorry to anyone who lost someone in the world trade center.

Hi,

I am 11 years old. I just want to put a flower on the bottom of this page to show support for the people who died in 9/ll.

G-bye,

People, the chain letter is not true! They just used a real name to make it look real! See this: http://www.hoax-slayer.com/jasmine-thomas-charity-hoax.html

My name is Anastazhia. My cousin's ex-boyfriend also died in the whole 9/11 bombing. So I know what his family has to deal with, as I've seen it first hand. I want to say "thank you" on behalf of my kids and other family.

From: Anastazhia Dominique (me), Azhia Dominique (daughter), Anestus Dominique (son), Andrelle and Andrea (son and Daughter), Andre (husband), Tyquanna Xaver (cousin), Hadassa (cousin), and Altraynna (cousin)

Hi to the family of James, I never met James and live very far away in South Africa, but just want to say that I think of what happened on that day every week, and think of all the people involved. I hope you will find peace after all these years but we will never forget your loved ones. May God be with you and your family. Chris

This man was a really good guy, and we will all miss him. He was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. People care about him, and I hope we can all stand by him. xxx

I am very sorry for your loss and for all the people who lost family members in 9/11. As for me, I had no family members in 9/11, but it tears my heart apart to see all the children becoming orphans, wives becoming widows. With everyone side by side, we can all stay hopeful that in this crowded world we WILL find truth, peace, and freedom from all this pain.

I adopted a wonderful Siberian Husky a couple years ago from a Husky Rescue and all of their dogs are named after victims of 9/11. My dog is named "Muddy" for James Thomas (Muddy) Waters and although I never had the opportunity to meet this man, he is not forgotten and is honored. May God bless his family and friends and help them to find peace in the midst of tragedy. I am truly sorry for your loss.

*** Posted by Anonymous on 2009-09-12 ***

FYI, James T "muddy" Waters was not a firefighter. He worked on the 89th floor as a trader for Keefe Bruyette and Wood. This is NOT a hoax; but simply a victim other than James Thomas, father of Jasmine.

Love you and miss you always Jimmy! xxoo

I was only a little girl when the twin towers came down, but I remember my family was crying, and when they told me about it, I was sad. I never knew Muddy Waters, but he sounds like an amazing person. R.I.P.

This is not a cruel joke. I am for real. I am very sorry to hear of your loss, but I just stumbled across this searching my own name online. I'm not joking. I'm from England, and my name is James Thomas. I am truly sorry to hear this. R.I.P.

*** Posted by James Thomas on 2009-07-10 ***

i didn't really know James, but to hear that a person has died is such a tragic moment. My thoughts are with his family throughout this time. R.I.P James. May the Lord be with you.

Seriously, people! This is all a gigantic farce! Kris even said that this man had no other family! But I am truly sorry to the Waters family for their loss of a son.

That email is a fake, and to prove it go to www.breakthechain.org. I can't believe someone would fake something like that!

You know, I was asked to do this speech at school on the 9/11 people who died, and I thought what would I write about, when I was asking for people to write about, it came up with James Thomas Waters, and that's who I wrote about. I had everyone in tears, even my teachers. I send love to James' family.

xx

He was so special, and he was always very outgoing and open. He was truthful and was great at keeping secrets that he needed to keep. When I had a problem, I could always count on him. He was a great person. I hope many people live up to him. :-)

*** Posted by jamie on 2009-04-30 ***

Wow, that's sad that that man died. I love my dad, and it would kill me if I never got to see him again in this life....

*** Posted by Mary Sheldon on 2009-02-21 ***

I didn't think the chain letter was real, so I looked James up. I'm sorry that this has happened. I would think the person who started the chain letter must feel very sorry. I send love to James' family.

*** Posted by Hannah on 2009-01-03 ***

That e-mail is a hoax. My brother was the James Waters who was murdered on 9/11, and he has no wife or daughter. I don't know what else to add.

9-11 was a terrible tragedy. It is hard to fathom how devastating it was. However, that is exactly why no one should mock it.

James Thomas was a great man. Who knows how many people he saved. 9-11 is far too great a tragedy to misinterpret. All of these great people who have done so much, they will always be remembered. May they rest in peace.

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. This web site is affiliated with 24K Gold Music Shows - an oldies music showband performing in Central Florida. The members of the showband feel strongly that there were many heroes manifested during the onslaught of terror associated with 9-11, and present this site as a memorial to those whose lives were lost, and the loved ones they left behind.

24K Gold Music Shows perform primarily 50-60s Oldies, Elvis songs, DooWop, and older country music, as well as patriotic songs. All of the musicians, singers, dancers, and staff of the 24K Gold Music Shows extend their deepest sympathies to every one who lost loved ones on that terrible day.

24K Gold Music Shows performs an original song called "The Day America Cried", which is a 9-11 tribute song. In the live shows, they honor with the song not only the heroes of 9-11 but also those who are still alive: the police personnel, firefighters, emergency personnel, soldiers, and others who have served our country and kept us all safe.

Listen also to this beautiful, touching song "Love Can Build a Bridge" by 24K Gold Music Shows. Even though strictly speaking it's not a 9-11 memorial song, I still feel it is a very fitting song for the occasion!
