In loving memory of the sweetest girl in the world, Johanna Sigmund:
It is not possible that ten years have passed by. My last message was from Tom and I, and on July 11, 2007, my beloved Tom joined you. One of the first things I asked Tom to do was to give you a "big hug" and I asked you to please give Tom a "big hug" right back.
You were an angel here on earth, and for the past ten long years, you have and continue to be an angel in heaven.
You are never far from all of our loving thoughts and happy memories of you.
Love and miss you so much. Hugs and kisses,
Judy

This poem is dedicated to the tragedies of September 11th, 2001, in Memory of those we lost, in honor of those who survived, including all of the brave rescue workers who responded to the desperate cries for help. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

We Will Never Forget You
SAD DAY USA
When I heard the news I had to sit down,
as the tears fell from my eyes.
Terrorists had invaded the United States,
crashing planes from the sky.
It felt more like a nightmare that I was living in.
It made me sick, to think how anyone
could commit such heinous sins.
Gone but not fogotten, never shall their memory fade,
Mothers, Fathers, Sons, and Daughters,
Brothers, Sisters, Friends, and Neighbors,
All fellow Americans
I pray to God that we unite, our Nation put to test,
through our pain we will find the strength and we should never rest.
Our hearts go out to families who will never be the same.
Please know that we are with you, we will find the ones to blame.
America is with you; they did not die in vain.
With Deepest Sympathy,
The Regan Family

(poem written by Patricia Regan-Moyer, 9-11-01)
Although I never had the opportunity of meeting Johanna Sigmund personally. Some of my family members knew her parents, and I was very moved by their loss. It is my honor to dedicate this poem to her. May she rest in peace and never be forgotten. Fly with the angels, Johanna. May your wings soar. You are always in our thoughts and prayers. Watch over us.
Love and God Bless,
Tricia Regan

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner.
