Dear Frost Family,
I did not know Lisa personally, but was at SFS just shortly after 911. I remember Lisa and all your family every year at this time and this year especially as I watch the 10th anniversary memorial from my ministry in Taiwan. I think and pray for you all. Peace in our Provident God

Ten years ago my phone rang off the hook. Concerned friends were calling because as the names of the victims of 9/11 flight 175 were made public there was YOUR Lisa Frost on flight 175. And although I did not know her, our shared name made my heart break for her family and friends...and those calls that they received that were in fact real. I have read her story countless times and I think of her and all the other hearts and lives that were changed forever on that day. May peace be with you.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Frost,
While I never had the privilege to meet Lisa, I met you both at a ceremony in her remembrance. You both gave me a circle button in her memory. I want you both to know that I keep her button in my home office where I remember her each day along with all the others. As a first responder myself - the depth of this tragedy is hard to come to terms with. Lisa is not forgotten, but remembered and loved forever.
My heart goes out to you on this anniversary, know that a complete stranger will always remember your daughters death - but more importantly, her caring compassionate concern for the lady she helped onto the airplane that fateful morning.
Today, 10 years later, I will proudly wear her button in her honor and memory.

Ten years have gone by since you were taken but you are remembered by so many. I visited your memorial today and was happy to see there are flowers, balloons and candles along with cards and notes for your family. They have struggled with your loss and I pray that the Lord comforts each of them. You are missed greatly. Please know you will not be forgotten. The world lost a wonderful person with so much promise and we feel the pain of that loss still today.

Over these past years as we raised our sons in the RSM community, Joyce would think of Lisa.... always hoping her parents were well. The impact that day has had on so many lives is ongoing and we want to be sure to honor Lisa and all those lost.

Dear Frost Family, I too remember Lisa- it is so funny how one life can touch so many others. I knew Lisa from BU, not well, but well enough to be impressed with how she carried herself and her ability to engage so easily with other people. I know she is missed terribly by many people- she is in my thoughts each Sept 11th.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I have passed the plaque dedicated to Lisa so many times as I have walked around the RSM lake, and have thought of her and your family every time. I know that this anniversary will be hard. I hope that you can feel the love from not only your family and friends, but the community. We will always remember Lisa.

Mr.and Mrs. Frost,
I know that the untimely death and funeral of your daughter is not ones favorite memory. However that day will forever stay with me. for I was 9 years old when the 9/11 attacks happened and I am 19 now. And yet I remember the funeral as clear as day. Because I was that little girl who handed you the folded flag in memory of your daughter.Every year you are always in my thoughts and prayers for that one event changed my life more then I knew at that age. now at 19 I am in college working towards my teaching degree, and getting ready to enlist in the Marines in the summer of 2012. even though I didnt know your daughter, she has had a large impact on my adult life. she will will never be forgotten.

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
