To Kym and the Wagner Family
Have thought about you often and the suffering that you have gone through with the loss of Karen. I remember Kym you talking to Karen for hours when we were roomies and how happy she could make you. I miss talking with you and keeping in touch. May God continue to watch over your family and keep Karen safe in his arms until we will meet her again.

It is truly an honor to be graduating from Karen Wagner High School this next spring, which was named in memory of you. Wagner has become a strong name in San Antonio, and we represent the Wagner name proudly. Everything we do, is in honor of you. And we never forget that here at Wagner.

I recently read about Lt Col Wagner in the September issue of Texas Monthly and I was very moved by her story of dedication to our beloved country and Army. May God Bless her soul and may her family find comfort in knowing she touched so many lives. Never forgotten.

I want to thank all of those who posted regarding my sister Karen. Know that she loved all she knew and those she did not know...she would have loved also. Your prayers and support have certainly encouraged our family and we ask that God finds favor upon your lives always. Much love has been extended to you---from my house to yours.

Dear Karen:
In the year we spent as neighbours in Alexandria, you became very special to my family. I'll never forget the first day Chris met you when the realtor showed you the house. He came to me and said he picked you to be our new neighbour ;) I'm sad that you never got to witness the wonderful young man my son Keegan has become. He loved you and couldn't wait to come home from the babysitter to run next door to see you! It's comforting to know that we will have a wonderful neighbour waiting to greet us when we get to heaven. You've touched our hearts, Karen...until our paths cross once more, may you rest in peace.
Love,
The Lee Family

I didn't know Ms. Karen, but I did see the school that was named after her. It is such a beautiful building! I have never seen anything so beautiful named after such a beautiful person.

I attended HS with Karen. She was in the class before me, but everyone knew who she was. Her charisma made her stand out, and she just drew people in with her smile. So talented and athletic and dedicated. A great loss. The first time I visited the school that was named after her, I was in awe. Appropriate that they chose such a great example for those students.

Although Karen graduated from Judson earlier than I did, I did meet her through friends. I would offer a prayer to her friends and family; God Bless.

I share Karen's story with everyone I come in contact with! I don't want anyone to forget what happened on that day and how they need to find purpose in their lives since we have lost so many great people on 9-11 and since that time with the war! Your family will remain in my prayers! Ya'll are awesome!

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
