Hey Mike
I remember all the great times we had at Oswego and it was a great pleasure to have known you and been your roomate and friend. God bless you and keep you.

Hey Mike,
I lived next to you and Lisa for the first seven years of my life until my parents got divorced. Some of the best times were spent just playing around with Billy and Daisy in the yard. You were a great person and I am glad we had your in our lives for a while.

Michael,
We did not keep in touch after high school, but I remember you when I think of Irvington, of being 13 or 14 and hanging out with you and Doug, Michelle, Craig, Walter, and all the other kids, walking to Lyndhurst on the aqueduct and working the gardens, walking to and from school, running track together, or exploring Nevis and the old Ardsley Station.
We cried for you and your family on 9/11. Now, instead, I think of those innocent times with a smile.

I think about you, Michael, all the time. I read about your triumphs, and I remember your struggles and how, even when you were down, I could still see the depth of character and compassion you had inside. I never knew your family, but my heart is with them all the time. Maybe someday I will have the honor of meeting these people who were so important to you.

While I did not know Michael personally, I have decided to run in his honor at the World Trade Center Run to remember on Sunday September 6, 2009. I will wear his name proudly in remembrance, and I wish his family and friends all the best.

Uncle Mike,
I'm not sure if you have ever met me, as I was living in Hawaii and you all the way down in Jersey. But I knew that you were a great guy, and I have always wanted to meet you. I love and miss you.

Mike....I think of you all the time not just on 9-11 or your birthday.
You were an incredible son, brother, uncle and friend.
The pain that I felt after you were murdered on 9-11 fades as I am now able to focus on the great times that we enjoyed together.
Miss you little brother.

Hey Mike,
I think about you often, and all the funny times we had at Oswego. The chicken wing eating contests in the dining hall (that you always won), and the night you tried to eat a chair! Rest in Peace and God Bless..

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
