GOD BLESS. You will never be forgotten Noel, you have a beautiful family who loves and misses you more every day. You and your family are in my prayers constantly, especially your children and wife. I know that when the crash happened you stayed behind to help a friend with a broken leg out. You were such an incredible person and your love, spirit and memory will live on forever. Once again, God bless. xosssssssdddsuyy

I had your name for a school event in memory of 9 11. I didn't even know you, but you were an uncle, son, friend, father and a husband and you were probably a very good one. I hope your family is alright and they are in my prayers.

For Noel
Off to work, out the door
Who could have known, you’d be home no more?
No chance to call, to say our good-byes,
We watched and we stared--fire from the skies.
Then came the waiting, the hope and the trust.
Down came the tower, our hopes in the dust.
We kept to our vigil; our faith was still strong.
He was smart and determined; he’d soon come along.
But by the next morning, hope slid into fear.
No word was forthcoming; it was all becoming clear.
This couldn’t be real, not this kind-hearted man
To leave us so early, this wasn’t the plan.
His friends and his brothers, his children, his wife,
The light and the laughter had gone out of their life.
So we gathered together to lean on each other,
To help with his children, and comfort their mother.
Our hopes were now faded, the reaction was slow.
But the truth was upon us, it was time to let go.
So we waited a fortnight and assembled once more,
This time for a service, hearts cut to the core.
We praised him and thanked him and thought of his smile;
We laughed but felt empty with the tales of his style.
We remembered and felt close for the rest of that day,
And with hearts torn and heavy, we went on our way.
The days turned to weeks; time keeps moving on.
Then weeks turn to months, and the impact seems gone.
But for those of us closest, who lost someone so dear,
That day is still with us and still remains clear.
So we talk on the phone, and we plan our events--
But our reunions are different; the loss never relents.
We’ll continue to gather and spread our good cheer--
It’s what he always gave us, when he gathered near.
So we’ll always remember the brother we lost;
We’ll care for his family, help shoulder the cost.
We continue to live, but with a tear in our soul,
And as long as we live we will remember you, Noel.

Noel was a friend, partner, son, and husband. But to me he was my father. I love you, DAD.

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner. We are maintaining this site with our own money and time. We try to keep the advertisements to a minimum and we try to make them as unobtrusive as possible. The revenue goes back to maintaining this site.
Thank you for your understanding in these matters.
