I am not related to the Pete Negron that perished in the WTC disaster, however seeing the last name it gave me a sense of devastation that this person along with 3,000 more died for no reason! I will be visiting the Tower Memorial in December and will be looking for his name. My thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends. I lived in N.Y. for about 12 years and went to the WTC many times. I miss them like family. Again my thoughts and prayers to all that new him! God Bless

I never knew Pete Negron, but I watched his son today show incredible strength and love for his father. The best part of Pete lives on in his children. May God bless his family and friends now and every day. May Pete rest in peace and I know that he is looking over his family everyday and is proud of what his sons have done. You have a most beautiful angel!

I was watching the Memorial Service today. Pete, you would be proud of your son, Peter. He did a great job and touched people with his words. My prayers are with your family and all of those who lost their lives all too soon 10 years ago.

I just found out that Pete passed away in the 9/11. I recently had posted pics of him on my facebook page and through our school friends of JHS 143 and JFK HS, they told me what happened. I love Pete. We went to school together and we sat together during lunch period. He was a kind and funny person. It really has made me so sad to hear what had happend. I only hope that you guys can look at his pics that I took of him during lunch and hanging out with me. You may call me ------------ or check out my fb page Kenneth Mercado(Orlando Fl). My condolences to the family and my love to you all.

Jacqueline,
I, too, have been searching for Betsy. We went to court reporting school and lost touch. On that faithful day, coincidentally, my brother was going to a memorial service for a dear friend and co-worker: it was Pete. I did attend the service and met up with Betsy, but we lost touch again ... and I'm trying to find her. I hope you've been successful and if you have heard from her please have her reply to my e-mail.... Thanks so much.

I have been keeping Pete in my prayers for the last 5 years. His prayer card sits on my desk at preschool here in Georgia, and I just wanted the family to know, even though I didn't know him, my thoughts and prayers are always for him. God Bless.

My name is Elizabeth Negron 26 years old and am the youngest sister of Pete. I was watching television yesterday when I heard Pete's name called and saw his picture. I was in complete shock. It is so sad to know that Betsy, Leila, Linda, family and friends have gone through so much within the past years and we know nothing about it. We as in my older sister Jacqueline Negron.
Please. If any could get in contact with us it will be greatly appreciated. We lost contact for so many years I don't want to loose one more day. (787) 951-8731

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
