My thoughts go to you when I think of our children and what they mean to us. My prayers include you and mom nightly. My son has enlisted in the marines to honor you and those who lost their worldly lives with you on that sad day in 2001. God keep and bless you all. You are sorely missed and still loved. Hugs.

Robert,

Although I only met you a few times, you still live on in my thoughts. Rest easy ... you worked hard the few short years you were here and played hard as well. You made every minute count, and that's more than most of us can say.

See you ...

May god bless you all, real heroes. We salute you.

I don't know you, but I'm a friend of your best friend, Chris D. He lives across the hall from me, and I started talking to him the day he moved in, and I found out that he was a 14-year fire fighter, and he talks so well about you, I'm just happy that you did what you did. You are so brave, and you gave your life for our country and for all the victims of 9-11, and I just want to thank you for just being who you are. Thank you again. You're in my thoughts.

Rob,

I miss you to death. We were the best of friends: the laughs we had with Rocco even before we went out at night, working out with the Soloflex as kids, just great stuff. ROBERT, YOU ARE MISSED.

Mrs. Cordice: If you see this message, I would love to hear from your MOM: shaun1116 (at) gmail (dot) com

Would Roger Cordice PLEASE contact me? I know it's been a while, but I just found out about your father, my good friend, and I am saddened at the news. I served with your father. He was a great man and marine. Hopefully this will work.

I remember hanging with Rob at Club Lotus a few months before GOD called him home. I remember meeting him for the first time. We hit it off like distance brothers. We hung out that nite with Pat Jules like we'd known each other for years. I remember before the nite was over Rob said, "Good people know good people." I knew deep in my heart that I found a new friend that I was going to have. When Pat Jules called me and told me that we lost Rob on Sept 11 ... I can not explain the hurt I had in my heart. I cried the whole nite. I knew this guy was liked, loved, and adored by his family and friends. May GOD watch over you in the heavens above. I'll see you again, my brother....

You were a cousin that I never had the pleasure of knowing. Maybe we will meet in heaven?

Rob, you were a great friend. I remember all the years hanging out in Rosebank at the corner deli with you. I speak for the entire Rosebank crew of friends when I say we miss you and loved you always.

I do feel the pain the family is feeling. I lost my dad (Wilfred Roderick Cordice, Jr.) in 2002 and it still hurts (badly), but I was wondering if we are family, and if so, I would love to get to know all my family. So please try to contact me (619) 778-0312--call anytime....

Rob, I cried a bucket of tears for you today. So hard to read your name, so sad to see your picture - wishing it wasn't true. Trying to understand, and accept what is, even after 5 years, seems impossible. May God bless you and keep you.

One of the most compassionate, kind and considerate women I worked side by side with many years ago is named CAROLINE CORDICE.
This young man was her child.
What more can be said.
Rest in Peace young man and may you and all the saints in heaven watch over her until you meet again
Your mothers friend from long ago.

Rob was a wonderful, sweet, warm, sincere person.  He always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to greet you with a hug!  He enters my mind every day and I still can not believe he is gone.  Rob was so handsome, he was beautiful on the inside as well.  His smile would light up a room. I miss you Rob, always will.  I pray for you and wish you peace in heaven....there is no doubt that is where you are.  God bless your mother and all those who loved you!  Watch over us from heaven Rob...PLEASE.  Until we meet again, Rest in peace.  All my love always.

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!

This web site is affiliated with 24K Gold Music Shows - an oldies music showband performing in Central Florida. The members of the showband feel strongly that there were many heroes manifested during the onslaught of terror associated with 9-11, and present this site as a memorial to those whose lives were lost, and the loved ones they left behind.

24K Gold Music Shows perform primarily 50-60s Oldies, Elvis songs, DooWop, and older country music, as well as patriotic songs. All of the musicians, singers, dancers, and staff of the 24K Gold Music Shows extend their deepest sympathies to every one who lost loved ones on that terrible day.

24K Gold Music Shows performs an original song called "The Day America Cried", which is a 9-11 tribute song. In the live shows, they honor with the song not only the heroes of 9-11 but also those who are still alive: the police personnel, firefighters, emergency personnel, soldiers, and others who have served our country and kept us all safe.

The video below is a song you might like by 24K Gold Music shows, called Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.
