Your family has suffered so much, and I wish that 9-11 never happened. It was a horrible loss of friends and relatives. She will be with me through prayers.

To my daughter, Sarah Khan, from her mother, Sybil Budram:
No more pain, my daughter Sarah,
rest easy in your bed of softest sky.
So near the sun I see your face
Reflected in the morning dew.
So near the moon I hear your laughter,
Singing in the evening shade.
No more of that pain of September 11th, my daughter,
your work is done;
journey's end came early.
I know you were so ... precious
for earthly delights,
god wanted you near him,
swinging on the clouds
and playing in the wind.
No more tears on that day, Sarah, my baby.
You are beyond the reach of pain.
Angels guard you now; you are safe.
Rest easy, my beloved one.
You are in the lord's beautiful garden.
From your loving mom Sybil, your three loving brothers, your family, and your sister Debbie and her family. We love and miss you so very much.

I just googled my name and felt a connection with your loved one. I hope and pray that life during these last nine years has become bearable and productive. I wish the family all the best. Although she isn't physically with you any more, Sarah certainly is still helping and loving you every day. God bless YOU!

Sarah Khan, my mother, is always in my thoughts and in my prayers. I love you, mom. Sarah Khan was loved by everyone, especially her husband, Nazam Khan, and two children, Ameiza and myself, Shaneeza Khan. Here's a poem I wrote:
~~~~~
Life
I never knew how short life could be
Until the day, god took my mother away from me.
I miss her and love her.
For her I’ll always care.
At 32 years of age,
Her death I was forced to declare.
I tried to live life as much as I could.
I tried to figure out life
For that which I had misunderstood.
I prayed she would come back.
I prayed for her safe return.
From her death, life has given me a lesson, which I must learn:
I know she is in heaven looking down at me,
Filling my life with happiness, love, and prosperity.
~~~~~
A "thank you" to all of you who have commented on this page.

I have the same name, too. So therefore I know you will go to heaven and rest in peace.

"We shall meet on the beautiful shores!" We still feel the pain and anguish. R.I.P. God knows and he is in control--he even has a plan for those that committed the terrorist attacks.

Hi. I don't know Sarah Khan, but every time I see this and see that we have the same name, I think of how lucky I am to still be alive and not gone. So I am very grateful that it isn't me--not to say that I'm happy thats it's her, but to show how fortunate I am.
I am very sorry for your loss of Sarah Khan. I wish you all the best!
XOXOXO Sarah Ayesha Khan

TO SARAH KHAN FAMILY:
I still have Sarah in my thoughts and prayers. I know she will Rise with CHRIST one day. She will see her husband and children. Sarah had many family and friends who loved her dearly. I'm a friend of her cousin Robin and Vanie Nankumar, who lives in Ozone Park, Queens, New York. I moved from Flushing, Queens, New York 11354 to Tampa Bay Area, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781 in May of 2002. I write and call Vanie Nankumar when I can. I miss her. We became like mother and daughter, when she worked for me cleaning my apartment in about May of 2000. Her mother-in-law Goldie worked for me first.

Post your memorial thoughts:
Share your feelings and memories of grief and
sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories. If you knew this
person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with
us something about his/her life:
- what kind of person he/she was,
- what nice points you remember about him/her,
- what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
- what you two perhaps did together,
- what he/she meant to you,
- or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging
for other people.
This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.
Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!
