Susan, my friend, it's been a long time since I broke your balls LOL... miss you! Wall St. and especially buy ins will never be the same. I'm sure your daughter is as beautiful as you always told everyone and I'm sure she is still the apple of your eye! God Bless and rest in peace!

Sue, I hope they have softball in heaven.  I'll try to convince Jesus to start a league. Maybe I can recruit some of the brave first responders who went to heaven with you. Sue, my good friend, go Big Blue.

Susan,

I will remember you in my prayers.

I worked with Sue at Filenes in Boston. She trained me for her old job in stock accounting and was so happy for me because my training meant she was that much closer to her dream job at the World Trade Tower. She taught me her/my job until I could do it in my sleep. We gave her a great party, which turned into our party—mine for coming and hers for leaving. I was so indebted to her, but she made me feel part of her circle of friends. When she kissed me and said, “Good-bye, Anthony,” I felt like was losing my best friend. We used to argue each morning because I left out one thing every morning for three weeks. Once I had it, Sue said “good-bye,” and I was so scared but grateful to Sue for kindness and realized I would never see her again, wishing she would stay, but she was gone....

Thank you, Sue Clancy. We love you but miss you and your smile.

See you soon,
Anthony

We were teenagers together in Pleasant Plains! We called Sue "Sue Bop" because she always had a bounce in her step. Sue was a very happy and fun person to be around. I am sure she is missed horribly by her family and friends. God bless.

Post your memorial thoughts:

Share your feelings and memories of grief and sadness concerning the 9-11-2001 attack, or of positive memories.  If you knew this person, help us to build a small 'bio' of the person and share with us something about his/her life:

  • what kind of person he/she was,
  • what nice points you remember about him/her,
  • what kind of relationship you had with him/her,
  • what you two perhaps did together,
  • what he/she meant to you,
  • or other things about him/her might be especially encouraging for other people.

This web site is intended solely as a means of allowing all of us to express our grief and sympathy in behalf of the people who lost their lives, and also our love and compassion towards those who lost loved ones and friends in the 9/11/01 tragedy. The site is strictly for memorial mentions of those who passed away in the tragedy, not of other people who have passed away.

Our hearts are very touched with concern in behalf of those people, and it is to them that we dedicate this web site. It is not our intent to venture into the realms of WHO should face judgement, to take responsibility for those terrible events, because we have no way of knowing for sure who all might fall into that category. Therefore, any letters or notes written passing judgment upon any person or group will not be published on this site. We do NOT want this site to be a base for expressions of hatred, but only for expressions of LOVE!

9-11Heroes.us is a personal effort, not a business, nor is the site dedicated to any specific person or persons. We will not post negative comments. Moreover, 9-11Heroes.us reserves the right to choose which comments to post and also to edit the comments for spelling, punctuation, grammar, or edit comments that are unkind or offensive in some manner. We are maintaining this site with our own money and time. We try to keep the advertisements to a minimum and we try to make them as unobtrusive as possible. The revenue goes back to maintaining this site.

Thank you for your understanding in these matters.
